Luo Rencai is a Senior Partner at Hansheng Law Offices, Shanghai. He graduated from the Law School of People's Public Security University of China and later earned a Master of Laws degree. He has served as a professor of law at Shanghai University, an investigation expert of the China Anti-Fraud Alliance, a certified professional trainer of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and a member of the Compliance Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
With 23 years of legal experience, Lawyer Luo began his career in criminal investigation and economic crime investigation with the public security authorities, and later served as a senior legal executive at a Fortune Global 500 company, overseeing compliance, internal anti-fraud investigations, executive background checks, and legal risk management. He has helped companies uncover internal wrongdoing and has stood firm in protecting his clients’ interests. With deep expertise in anti-fraud investigations, internal investigation training, and criminal defense, he is committed to leaving no fraud concealed and ensuring that those who have been wronged have a path to justice.
Since 2012, he has delivered nearly 100 in-house investigation trainings in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and beyond — independently or with international training partners — reaching thousands of participants, including internal trainings for Huawei, Fosun, Lenovo and Midea.
